Transparency, Time, and Why I’m Not the Cheapest Option (And Why That’s Okay)

Setting the Standard: Why Mutual Respect is My Business North Star

When you hire a professional, you aren’t just paying for a deliverable; you are entering into a partnership. Like any healthy partnership, the most successful projects are built on a foundation of mutual respect.

Today, I want to pull back the curtain on my business philosophy regarding time, value, and why I believe “fit” matters more than “finance.”

Your Time is Gold (And So is Mine)

I take deadlines, punctuality, and responsiveness very seriously. When we have a meeting scheduled I (try) show up fully prepared because I respect your time. I know you have a life to live.

In return, I ask for the same courtesy.

When we respect each other’s schedules by showing up on time and providing feedback the work flows better. We maintain momentum, and the end result is always superior.

The “Value” Equation

There is a common misconception that the service provider is “working for” the client. I prefer to think of it as working with the client.

My expertise, years of training, and the hours I dedicate to you are as valuable as the capital you invest in them. I don’t just sell hours; I sell outcomes and solutions. Recognizing that my time is as valuable as yours isn’t about ego it’s about ensuring a balanced relationship where both parties feel seen and appreciated.

Price vs. Value: Finding Your Best Fit

I understand that every business has a budget. I also know that the market is vast, and there will always be someone willing to do the work for a lower price.

And that is perfectly okay.

If you find an offer that better aligns with your current budget or a lower price point that suits your needs, I encourage you to take it. I want my clients to work with me because they believe in the specific value I bring, not because they feel “stuck.”

My goal isn’t to be the cheapest; it’s to be the most impactful. If we aren’t the right match for your current financial goals, I truly wish you the best with the provider who is.

The Bottom Line

At the end of the day, I’m looking for “Hell Yes” partnerships. I want to work with people who value my craft as much as I value their business. When we start from a place of mutual respect for time and worth, there’s no limit to what we can create together.
